Product: hp probook 4045s

i send my laptop to repair it in the laptop shop and the eng set pw for the bios to make me back for him if i need to fix again then he cloth the shop for ever and he travel now and he not give me the pass word for the bios my laptop hp probook 4045s now my capslock light when i shutdown my laptop and i need to check the bios setting so i need to reset or remove the password i have this laptop from 10 years old and i don't need to sell it i just need to fix it so pls help me .. wanna reset or remove my bios . ty

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs nor any other safety measures.

 

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region.

 

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
