Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My husband was working on the computer and the screen went black we unplugged everything and rest but nothing will show on the screen, we got our hdmi cord and hooked it up to the tv and its working on the tv screen our computer is a all in one

@meriwetherz Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
