Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so where is the live chat? anyhow i keep getting bluescreens and i cant reset my windows because i crash in the middle of it and i can basiclly if im lucky have the computer on for 1 hour and then it crashes. i get ALL types of bluescreens. this is probably the worst computer i have ever owned and im about to get an refund if u cant help me. i have had this problems since i baught it back in june 2020.

ah i forgot suddenyl no sound work either just on the hdmi
