Hello after boot error my pc tries to boot but It doesn't go on. You can ear fun cooler  inside but it doesn't start up.Could you suggest something.

But ... since yours does not even power on, there is no way for you to run those diagnostics.

Given that this is a new HP model, it is likely STILL under the original HP warranty.  You should contact HP Customer Support directly to see about returning it under the warranty for HP diagnosis and repair. If they can't fix it, then you need to explore the options for having it replaced under warranty.
