Product: HP Pavilion Elite HPE-410y Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Okay so i took my old computer out of storage and i went to go set it up and a screen that says “windows error recovery” but i tried both of the ways that it tells me to do. i tried both and it went to a screen that said “Windows boot manager” and stuff i have the disk and it was brand new in the wrapper and everything. but i put it in and did what it told me to do multiple times but it isn’t working. i tried contacting the HP Support but it wouldn’t let me talk to a human only the bot because the warranty is expired how do i fix this problem i need help

Do you access to a working PC?  If so, consider making a DVD from here...
