Product: HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 I just purchased a used computer on E bay with win 11 partially installed. To complete the installation I NEED to get into the  UEFI bios. I have tried about 10 different suggestions from other enthusiasts here - nothing works. Reading HP  articles it appears some business p c' s have manufacturer disabled entry into the bios.   Has anyone come across this and can this be fixed by flashing the bios into a non business bios? Without entry into the bios I can't enable boot from u s b stick, enable wi fi and others. The computer is worthless without this ability.

I found the problem.

I have it connected to a tv monitor - I do not have a computer monitor.

Apparently the bios could not display on this tv monitor, nothing showed on the screen.

This made me incorrectly think I could not get into the UEFI bios.

Fortunately I have a second tv monitor and when I connected to it, I was able to get into the bios OK.
