Product: HP 24-E055NF
Since one week , i can't login on my pc because my password isn't accepted but i use it before ( i used my computer in the morning and when i wanted use in the evening it doesn't work .).
the password reset link doesn't work and it ask me a flash mobile device Usb ( i don't have it.)
And i don't have a microsoft account .
Please can you solve it .
