Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cant open bios by pressing f10 when pressing esc and then f10 nothing opens that is bios. I had first used win 10 pro then there was bios but after that I changed os to ggos custom win 10 then at that time onwards bios is not opening now after that I again changed to win 10 official and bios is not opening. Please fix this issue!!!
