RTL8723BE

My computer will not start up . it shows the hp logo but never goes to the home screen. this all started to happen after i attended to restart my computer for it was not running well. it failed to reset and gave me the option to turn the computer off. i selected te turn off option thinking it would help restart. well now the computer will not start up and i am confused.

Turn the computer on, and look for a message like "press <blah> to run HP hardware diagnostics".

Press the <blah> key, and run the tests for the RAM and the disk-drive.

It's possible that the disk-drive has "failed".

The "product name" that you specified seems to be that of a wireless adapter, not that for your computer.
