Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP PC703^ desktop. No power until remove CMOS battery  for short time then put back in and computer starts. replaced battery and still does same thing. Shut off and won't restart.

It seems like a hardware related issue with the HP desktop. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to set up the warranty service.
