my computer starts to boot 20 seconds and goes back and does if over and over and over never making to any point on cmos or nothing

Hi Russell

 

Having Windows 10 on your PC creates additional troubleshooting complexity.

 

Your PC was introduced by HP in 2007.

 

Since you cannot get the PC to POST, or get video or BIOS access, you may want to remove the CR2032 motherboard battery. Let the PC sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then reinstall or get a new battery if it is the original battery.

 

Disconnect PC from AC power and work in an anti-static free environment when swapping the battery.

 

The battery is near the white PCI slot.

 

You, most likely, have critical motherboard component failure or failed power supply if the PC will not POST.
