cpu it turns off after few seconds turning on, monitor says 'no signal' and 'display going to sleep'

after I turn on my cpu, it turns off after few
seconds, then turns on and off again and again. monitor says 'no signal' and 'display going to sleep'

Your PC's symptoms sound like a failing power supply or a faulty motherboard based on what you have described.

 

This problem could also be caused by other hardware failures.

 

I would suggest you contact HP Support if you are in warranty or take your PC to a local PC tech for service.
