desktop boot & lockup occurs once a day while in use everyday

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my problem is a daily one every time I log on my computer logs off and goes to a blue screen freezes, can't reboot and must be shut down and restarted.  I purchased my computer almost 4 years ago and the problem began a year ago.  I have done just ab out every thing I was advised to do including two factory reboots and the problem persist.  What I want to know is that should I send it in for repairs or get a new one.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting bluescreen errors and the computer is freezing.


Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.


I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.


If you continue facing the issue, then perform a system test to make sure whether it is a software or a hardware issue.
