Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Power failures are often accompanied by power surges and if your PC is not connected through a surge protector, that can damage anything from the Power Supply Unit (PSU), to the processor, to the complete motherboard -- and we have no way to diagnose any of those from here.

IF you can, see if you can do any of these troubleshooting steps:  No Power or No Boot Troubleshooting

If you can't do any of those, then at least try hooking up a different monitor to confirm that your monitor is not damaged.

After that, you would have to take your PC into a service facility to have them check it out to see what got damaged.
