Product: HP TouchSmart Envy 20
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hey guys, there has been a very long forum about HP TouchSmart AIO unable to boot, just black screen. 

 

mine is Envy 20, and has been not working for regardless clear_cmos, taking out cmos battery, WIN+B.

 

one thing that works for me, take out the factory 4GB DDR3L-1600 RAM, and put in 2GB Kingston DDR3-1066 (Non-L), it simply just boots!
