To be able to provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
- Any blinking lights on the back of the Tower?
- Keep the power cable connected for the display and remove the display cable from the back of the tower and check if something shows up on the display screen.
- When you press the power button, do you hear any beeping sound or lights on the keyboard?
