@skipligg -- which password?
Is it the "power-on" password that you must enter every time that you power-on the All-In-One, or the password you use to logon to Windows?
According to the Rules Of Participation of this discussion forum, no contributor can help you with any password issue. For the power-on password, contact HP Support (http://Support.HP.COM).
For a forgotten Windows password, are you logging-on using a Microsoft Account?
If so, logon to http://login.live.com and reset the password for your Microsoft Account.
If you are logging-in to a "local" account, your only option is to completely reinstall Windows.
That's all that the R.O.P. allows me to say.
Note that any computer technician who is not registered as a contributor is not bound by the R.O.P.
