When I start the computer, it normally goes to the logo screen. However, it freezes there when the logo appears with the loading bar. But, if I open the laptop and press F10 to enter the BIOS, then exit, it works fine—it loads perfectly and runs smoothly. But again, when I start the laptop normally, it freezes at the logo screen with the loading bar. my os is windows 11

Hi @Bibek4,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
This issue could be related to various factors, such as BIOS settings, corrupted system files, or hardware problems. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
Update BIOS
Sometimes, an outdated BIOS can cause startup issues. Check if there's a newer version of the BIOS available for your laptop.
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Enter your laptop's model number.
- Look for BIOS updates under the Drivers & Downloads section.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the BIOS update.
Check and Reset BIOS Settings
Entering and exiting the BIOS seems to help temporarily, so resetting BIOS settings to default might resolve the issue.
- Restart your laptop and press F10 to enter the BIOS.
- Navigate to the "Exit" tab.
- Select "Load Setup Defaults" and confirm.
- Save changes and exit.
Run Startup Repair
Windows 11 includes a Startup Repair tool that can fix issues preventing your computer from starting properly.
- Turn off your laptop.
- Turn it back on and press F11 repeatedly until you see the Advanced Startup Options menu.
- Select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Startup Repair."
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Check for Corrupted System Files
Corrupted system files can cause startup problems. Use the System File Checker (SFC) and Deployment Imaging Service and Management Tool (DISM) to repair these files.
- Boot into Windows (using the BIOS entry and exit method if necessary).
- Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
- Run the following commands one by one:
sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Update Drivers
Ensure all your drivers, especially those related to the system and chipset, are up to date.
- Open Device Manager (press Win + X and select "Device Manager").
- Right-click on each device and select "Update driver."
- Alternatively, visit the HP Support website to download the latest drivers for your model.
Check for Windows Updates
Make sure your Windows 11 installation is up to date.
- Go to "Settings" > "Windows Update."
- Click on "Check for updates" and install any available updates.
Perform a Clean Boot
A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
- Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
- Go to the "Services" tab and check "Hide all Microsoft services."
- Click on "Disable all."
- Go to the "Startup" tab and click on "Open Task Manager."
- Disable all startup items.
- Restart your laptop.
Check for Hardware Issues
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it could be a hardware problem. Run the HP Hardware Diagnostics tool to check for hardware issues.
- Turn off your laptop.
- Turn it back on and press F2 repeatedly until the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool starts.
- Run the "System Tests" to check for hardware issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
