hard drive 2 3f2 error hp 17-ar50wm

17-ar050wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp 17 inch laptop was giving an HD error when I got it, but after you'd press f2 and hit the diagnostic screen it would boot right into windows.

I swapped out hard drives with a brand new one, same issue. I watched YouTube which said to turn off secure boot under legacy in the bios.

Honestly, aside from this error it runs fine and id loke to know how to fix or bypass it please.

@BURKSROCKS If you've gone through all the steps suggested in this article: click here to verify,

And yet the issue persists, this is a hardware malfunction within the device and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
