Hello. I bought a HP desktop from amazon, but when i turn it on this is what appears.

Can someone explain to me what is going on? Sorry if it's obvious,  I know very little about computers. Thanks.

Hi:

 

You bought a PC with FreeDOS, not Windows.

 

If you want to use Windows on the PC, you will have to purchase a Windows 11 operating system and product key from Microsoft.
