I have an hp envy 23-n250na . after I change boot order usb first and windows second, computer show boot logo and don't boot anymore. I alredy try to remove battery, also to reset bios but nothing happend.

ok .I will detail my situation.
I succesfuly update bios, after I start computer normaly and all was ok.
I entry in bios and i select from boot first to be usb and second hdd or windows. F10 saved (or accept) save all setings and reboot.
After all of this:
Now computer start, show hp logo, but nothing happens
if I press ESC apear another windows with cpu info and memory but canot see after the menu
If I press F10 hapens the same.
look like is stack
I try WIN+B, computer have a blank screen and have 8 BEEPS (sorry for confusing you here) hdd led begin flashing, after 20, 30 seconds again 8 BEEPS and computer remain with blank screen.
keep presing POwer button is closing
powering again from power button have the same behavior : HP logo and nothing happens only ESC or F10 which bring me in info about ram and cpu but not entry in menu or bios or boot to hdd
