Example: Pavilion 570
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 570 goes into "entering power save mode" and shuts off . Usually  after being on  1 hour or so.  I have adjusted  power in settings to be "never"  with same results

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Have you tried updating the system software and drivers?
  • What is the operating system?

Have you disabled the management engine setting of letting the computer to sleep to save power
