hp 570 going into " Entering power save mode" and shutting down (Dell ) monitor

HP 570 goes into "entering power save mode" and shuts off . Usually  after being on  1 hour or so.  I have adjusted  power in settings to be "never"  with same results

• Have you tried updating the system software and drivers?
• What is the operating system?

The model # is DU-8ESH-HC2. I'm running on  Windows 10
