Product: HP envy 360 convertible i5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp envy 360 convertible will not power on unless another keyboard button is pressed in addition to the power button, and when you lift your hand from the additional keyboard pressed laptop goes off.

@Francis-25 -- is the original one-year HP Warranty still in effect? If so, contact HP, to get them to repair/replace it, at no cost to you.
