When power on the main power supply the system auto boot. Suspected psu failure.
try connect try UPS same once power received from ups system auto power on. try avr still same issue. if direct plug to wall plug once turn the wall plug switch on it also auto start without pressing the power on button on the desktop.

Hi
If i understand you correctly the BIOS setting for "RESUME on AC Pwr" or similar wording is selected.
There are BIOS options for Wake on Lan, Keyboard, USB etc and with Dells it will switch on daily at the preset time.
So this is a BIOS setting that you need to change.
If in doubt please ask.
