I need to order a part for my desktop p6115y Pavilion tower. I have the product number and SN number but no where can I find the series number in order to order the part. What is the series number? I would truly appreciate this. I need to order a power on/off switch.
thank you
linda

Hi:
Here is the parts list for your specific model PC...
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=NY438AA
I don't see a power on/off switch, unless it is the Power LED holder assembly Part # 499769-ZH1
Here is a link with a picture so you can get an idea what the above part is.
I'm sure you can get it cheaper elswhere though. HP sells the part for $35.00.
