when i turn on the PC its just give me 2 beeps and 2 short beeps for 5 times and nothing in the screen.
what thats means.

To supplement REO51ST answer, this may help.

 

BIOS

2.2

The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted and there is no recovery binary image available.

Also happens when updating BIOS.

Typically no steps needed.

1. Allow the system to complete its updates and changes.

2. If updates are stalling, attempt Sure Start Recovery.

Remove Power Cord:

 

Remove Access Panel:

 

Press and hold "CMOS Reset Button" for ten seconds.
