To be more helpful with your post, you can add key information if you desire: 
My Product Name and number is : Omen by HP 870-220nf
My operating system is Windows 10
3. The error message is : "Incorrect Brand name"
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred :

I wanted to factory reset my computer to give it to somebody but after this reset when i launched the computer it was a black screen after the logo. I tried to pass by HP recovery manager and it won't work by this error.
