Monitor boots I can see what the desktop is displaying for 2 seconds then monitor goes black. Wont wake up. Tried power reset same results.

I understand you are facing a display issue with your HP 22 Monitor. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Please try the below steps:

 

Update the BIOS & Video card drivers on the PC, also update the monitor's firmware:

If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP PCs and Monitors - Damaged screen, LCD, or display
