when you turn on after beep hp bios update and still initializing then automatically turn off repeat. I tried the window+B+power button but still repeating that

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Notebook - 14-Ck0102tu wherein it gets stuck on BIOS update screen and turns off.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may require repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
