It appears there is some conflicting information between BIOS and your Windows Installation. The screenshot of the storage controllers you provided to HP showed both a raid driver and an AHCI driver loaded when only one of these could possibly be enabled through your BIOS. For whatever reason Windows is loading a raid driver and you will need to contact Microsoft to perform a clean installation of Windows with their help. It is possible when you are loading into Magician 7.0 it is seeing the raid driver and that is why you are having issues.

and mirosoft say in other chat

the issue is that the motherboard manufacturer has to make a change in the BIOS because we have done what we need to do from our end but the BIOS need a change to take effect and the Samsung assistant will stop deactivating the AHCI

SO you need to contact HP as directed by Samsung earlier so they help you resolve the issue as they are the manufacturer of  the motherboard because this is a firmware issue and not the operating system

they need to do this for you on your computer, from the documentation of the previous agent, we have actually done what needs to be done on your computer from Windows perspective

Now HP needs to follow up on that

So after we have done what needed to be done on our end, HP needs to access the BIOS and assist you run the check on your BIOS so this issue can stop on your computer

You can see that the issue is stated to be from the BIOS which is coming from the motherboard manufactured by HP
