What is the version you are running. There must be a bug in that software

i send to samsug Support now . and they are now follow This topic .. After they are read this topic . send to me this replay
It appears there is some conflicting information between BIOS and your Windows Installation. The screenshot of the storage controllers you provided to HP showed both a raid driver and an AHCI driver loaded when only one of these could possibly be enabled through your BIOS. For whatever reason Windows is loading a raid driver and you will need to contact Microsoft to perform a clean installation of Windows with their help. It is possible when you are loading into Magician 7.0 it is seeing the raid driver and that is why you are having issues.

the issue is that the motherboard manufacturer has to make a change in the BIOS because we have done what we need to do from our end but the BIOS need a change to take effect and the Samsung assistant will stop deactivating the AHCI
