iTunes requested i upgrade to their latest version and i said yes.

Pavillion Elite HPE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the update my computer booted up to the Blue HP screen with options to hit F10 to enter the CMOS Bios along with other F Keys.

The screen says Loading Bios but it never comes up even waiting for a day.

I moved the motherboard jumpers from positions 3-4 to 1-2, powered off for 5-8 secons to clear the Bios upon turning it back on.

Revoved the SP2032 3V battery and tested it at 3.3 v.

Moved the CMOS pins back to 3-4 positions and rebooted hitting F10 many times.

Same errror.... Blue HP Screen saying it was loading the  CMOS settings but they never come..

Do I have a bad motherboard?

Did the iTunes update cause it?

Please help?

Probably.  Or, bad RAM, or bad processor.

> Did the iTunes update cause it?

Very low probability.  It is "only" an application program -- it should not have any access to affect the BIOS.

Did you power-off your computer, disconnect the AC power (and remove the battery, if it is a laptop & it is removable), and then hold-down the ON/OFF button for several seconds, to drain any residual power?
