is the bios j01 v02.29 the correct bios for HP Compaq 8200 Elite Base Model Small Form Factor PC ?

Hi:

 

Yes, you can use that one, but the latest one is v2.33.

 

Also if you plan on upgrading it to W10, I recommend you install BIOS v2.28, or the PC will take over 2 minutes to restart from a warm boot with v2.29 or newer unless you install W10 in EFI mode.
