hi i have a older computer made in 2012 is a all in one desktop envy 23 all in one the model number is 23-d004 running windows 8 i believe 64 bit . it will not startup when i turn it on. its stuck on the hp logo. i been trying to get it to startup but i busted the screen the other day so no point in fixing it. is there any way for me to get my files and pictures off of it with it not starting up. i hate to lose everything

Hi:

 

You can remove the hard drive, buy a SATA to USB 3.5" hard drive enclosure.

 

Plug it into a working PC's USB port and a power source and see if you can read the drive and copy the files you want from it.
