Hello, my son has reformatted his computer back to the factory settings and now we can not log in. We can not find the username it was created with (maybe it's completely valid when it's set to factory settings) and if we Finally, thinking of remembering the username can not remember the password that was originally made on that PC. Thanks for the help, I finally came via the F11 to the same menu on my computer, have now made a backup backup and will then do what you're referring to - hope it works 🙂
