Is there an LED somewhere that "blinks" whenever the disk-drive is doing Input/Output?
If so, is it blinking during those 2 minutes, to indicate that Windows is doing something that involves I/O.
Does this "2 minute wait" occur every time that you power-on?
Does Windows eventually start-up correctly?
P.S. Keep the smoke from those "Parliaments" away from your computer.
Those small smoky particles are an "enemy" of the computer's electronics.
It probably would be beneficial to disassemble the computer, and thoroughly clean it, if it is as old as the date of the image (2008) implies.

hi thanks for me answer.
there is no flashing led. Nothing flashes for 2 minutes. yes I expect this at every opening but it happened after the bios update that did not exist before. windows open without error after passing the opening screen

Immediately after powering-on your All-In-One, the "splash" screen will be displayed.
Try pressing the 'ESC' key to "dismiss" that screen, and to see a display of technical "details" (white text over a black background).
Is there anything there that you think is "suspicious"?
Can you use your smart-phone to take a snapshot of those "details", and upload the image here?
