looking to buy LCS 714256-001 that came in my Desktop

HP Recommended
ENVY Phoenix 800-030qe
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pc has trouble booting....Keeps dropping power and restarting and after many tries may come up just fine.

CPU core tems seem to be fine, but I tried change power supply to no avail, so now its either the liquid cooling system or the motherboard.  Tried to buy a 3rd party liquid cooler system but the radiator was way too big.  Hp says the part number for mine is:

714256-001 LCS Heatsink,95W(W/ 75x75 MTN BRKT)Black

Can't find any place on HP's site to buy it.
