The monitor suddenly blacks out on my HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-xa0xxx ...I have to manually turn off the computer and start again.
Prior to that Ibegan to suffer sudden shutdowns of Microsoft (365) Word while I am in the middle of working on documents.
I also get this error message every now and then (Failed to connect to an IPC port: The system can not find the file specified)
I would greatly appreciate your help.
My knowhow in this field is extremely basic.

Please run diagnostics on your system. Do at least one pass on the disk. There may be more than one drive so do both.
Tap the ESC key after powering on to select diagnostics.
If the drive(s) have no errors then download the latest HP support assistant and check for updates.

Have you used an air duster? Do both vents
