my all in one crashed(blue screen)

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

owhen i power on my computer the hp logo come on then a blue screen pops up saying my computer ran into a problem with the built then it seems like is gonna go into auto matic repair but it dosent  a green screen pops up also and that just repeats over n over again help!!

Sorry, but we need more details before anyone can provide help ...

 

When you get the initial screen, exactly what does it say on the screen?

 

Does it have a couple of boxes on it that say Shut Down and Advanced Options?

 

When the green screen comes up, is there any text on it or rotating circle of dots?

ok when the blue sreen it say windows raninto  pronlem with the build it restart then it starts to starting up but then the green screen comes on saying the same thing

my all in one crashed(blue screen)

When i start it the hp  logo turns on then suddenly the bluscreen pops up with sarying my computer is restarting cuz it ran into a problem with the build the the hp logo comes on for a couple seconds the the green screen pops up and it says the same thing thst windows ran into a problem

Sorry I didn't reply sooner -- but you took nearly three months to respond and your thread dropped off mu queue as a result.

It sounds like it got stuck trying to do a Windows Update, but if you can't boot into Windows, you are not easily going to be able to reset Windows Update.

Does is say anything else, and are there any boxes with things you could check, or does it just keep looping over and over?
