my computer will not get past the start up blue screen

I recently got a brand new hp computer and as I was setting it up, it will not get past the blue screen at the end and I am not sure of what to do. I’m getting frustrated and not understanding why i’m having issues with the computer since it’s new

Does the blue screen have any verbiage?

 

You just bought this PC and are setting up for the first time.

 

Take it back to the store. Maybe the store can help.

 

Maybe the PC has faulty hardware.
