my desktop keeps shutting down after a no rear chassis fan detected

HP compaq 8200 elite SFF PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my HP compaq 8200 elite SFF PC, shows error 512 "no rear chassis fan detected" and it gives an F1 option to "boot" but it keeps shutting down after using it a bit or before using it.
