Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop crashes and freezes when i try to slightly move it.

No cursor or keypad works.

Then I had to long press the power button to switch it off.

BIOS test i did run and it is running fine without any errors.

Why is this happening?

how to resolve?

Does this happen only when the charging cable is attached?  if so there is a grounding problem with the adapter.  Check warranty .

Could be a static electricity problem.

Get a desktop map suitable for laptop and room for mousepad

Use an antistatic spray on the mat. The chair and rug (if any) about the chair should be sprayed also.
