yesterday when i start up the pc it keeps restarting. sometimes the screen goes dark. i dont know if it was a hardware or software problems. i have run a hardware test and i get an id of the error, but cant understant what to do with is error id. need help.

I understand your PC keeps restarting randomly.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Was there any recent update after which the issue occurred?
Are you able to boot into BIOS on your PC?
Have you tried installing the operating system using the recovery discs?
Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.
It looks like one of the core operating system files on your PC has got corrupted, due to which you keep getting the blue screen with a 0x error.
Please share the product number of your PC to assist you better.
Try the steps recommended below.
Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
If you have issues after trying out the steps try performing a system recovery and check if it helps.

Also, try running a system diagnostics test on your PC and check if it the hardware components on your PC are functioning correctly.
