HP Recommended

I get this error when I run diagnostic test...no hard drive installed please check that the power.

Since you have run the diagnostic test, then most likely the drive has failed or become disconnected.

When you get the laptop apart to replace the drive, it will be obvious if the cable has become disconnected or not but the drive has probably failed and needs to be replaced.
