did you try from windows advanced settings?

I don't really believe in it, but I don't see too many possibilities anymore

 I only have one video card and do not have the money to purchase a new card.  


So, just use the computer "as-is", since it functions while Windows is running, until you can afford to take the computer to an "owner/operator" computer store, to get them to try different video-cards until you get what you want, and then purchase that video-card.
