Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This computer has been working fine. There has been no password as configured by the Best Buy tech when it was purchased. Recently there was an intruder via email and since this event it has required a password.  Of course we don't have one. I tried to reinstall but after it is ready to start it hangs on the "Enter Password" question.

How can I get past this to reinstall the OS?

Thank you for any assistance.
