Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Printer was offline for a few weeks. When I reconnected it I installed new HP cartridges and started the printer. It stuck on "Verfying" and will not progress beyond that. I have tried every help protocol I can find online and none of them work. HP help menu solutions don't work either and chat line is unresponsive so no help there. I am out of ideas.
