Google-translated from Spanish:

> I need help with this notebook, when I try to turn it on I get this:
> PXE-E61: Media test failure, cable check
> PXE-M0F: Existing PXE ROM.

The disk-drive is not working.

Your computer tried to boot over the network, because it could not boot from the disk-drive.

It is necessary to replace the disk-drive, and reinstall Windows XP.

Or, purchase a new computer.
