profsvc service failed the sign in. user profile cannot be loaded error.

error above whenever restart or shut down. tried f8 and esc with restart at earlier time. Nothing has worked.

Try tapping away at the F11 key immediately after powering on. This should boot into Recovery Manager where you can do a System Restore choosing a date before the error started. Do Not choose System Recovery unless you want to reinstall Windows.
