"Enter Power-On Password" Issue

HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT Business PC

Hello! I tried to reset the "POST Power-On Password" as it says in the manual, I did not succeed, I tried it differently but still did not reset "POST Power-On Password" Issue  (I tried with jumper reset).

 

A solution to solve?
