replace motherboard

I have taken my HP  All in One to a computer store and they say I need a new Motherboard.  I have a

HP Pavillion All in One

[serial number removed]

Product # M9Z73AA#ABA

Model # 27-n110

Sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you from here -- as we have no way of providing any replacement parts.

Also, HP does not sell the motherboards used in its PCs, as they are manufactured under spec by third parties, and those companies do not sell the boards they make for HP.

You MIGHT be able to find a USED one online if you Google the part number -- but understand that the Windows OEM License is tied to the specific motherboard, and when you replace yours, you are throwing away the one you paid for and HP does not provide any replacement licenses.

If you want to see if HP will do such a replacement for you, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
